Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be carried out by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, or may be inaccessible due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Holitera Turizm is not liable for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicle access is restricted due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner Holitera Turizm subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not reached, the excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's choice. Passengers who wish not to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight-included tours are personal matters and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the designated airport at the time specified by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing these procedures but not boarding the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs incurred in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
