General Information
Russia Visa Information
Turkish citizens are required to obtain an electronic visa (e-visa) to enter Russia. The e-visa is applied for online; no consulate appointment is required.
Turkish citizens holding a green passport can enter Russia without a visa. Only a valid passport is required.
E-Visa Application Process
The application is made through the official e-visa portal of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The application is completed entirely online; there is no need to submit any documents physically.
Biometric photo (white background, JPEG format), passport information, travel dates, and accommodation address. All information is filled out in the online form; document upload may be required.
The application usually takes 4 to 8 business days to process. An express application option is available for urgent cases. It is recommended to complete your application at least 30 days before your departure date.
The approved e-visa is downloaded as a PDF and printed. There is no need to paste it into the passport; it is recommended to carry both a printed copy and a digital copy with you.
The e-visa is usually valid for 16 days and allows a single entry. Your visa entry and exit dates must match exactly when applying.
Important Reminders
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date. Travel and entry cannot be made with passports that do not meet this condition.
As of 2026, almost all participants receive approval for Russia e-visa applications made through Holitera Tourism. Applying early and ensuring information is complete increases the approval rate.
In extremely rare cases, a visa application may be rejected. In this case, cancellation terms apply; therefore, purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended. Holitera Tourism cannot be held responsible for damages caused by visa rejection.
The name entered in the e-visa application must match exactly with the name on your passport. It must also match the name on the flight ticket. Even minor spelling differences can cause problems.
Holitera Tourism guides participants through the e-visa application process. Support is provided regarding which portal to apply to, form filling details, and necessary photo specifications.

Tour Contract
HOLITERA TOURISM TRAVEL AGENCY – OVERSEAS TOUR SALES CONTRACT
1. Parties. This contract is concluded between Holitera Tourism Software and Consulting Trade Ltd. Co. (TÜRSAB Certificate No: 14707, Tax No: 4630899779 – Kaçkar Tax Office, Contact: info@holitera.com, 0535 200 12 96) (“AGENCY”) and the person purchasing the service whose information was collected during reservation (“CONSUMER”), under the following terms and conditions.
2. Subject Matter. The subject of this contract is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the scope, payment method, cancellation/refund, and other conditions of the overseas tour organized by the AGENCY, for which the program, dates, included and excluded services are specified on this page.
3. Tour Information. The tour name, program, transportation details, included and excluded services, and guest information are as stated on the reservation screen and the tour page. The hotels mentioned in the program are not definitive; accommodation will be provided at these or similar hotels.
4. Price and Payment. The total amount, collection method, and collected amount are displayed to the CONSUMER during the reservation process. The tour fee is paid according to the payment plan specified on the tour page.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Conditions. The CONSUMER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for this service, which will take place on a specific date, in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” section on the tour page. If the CONSUMER fails to participate without cause before the tour start date or makes an incomplete payment, the AGENCY reserves the right to collect the full remaining amount and may resort to legal channels when necessary.
6. Other Provisions. The CONSUMER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the information form and tour program details provided to them by the AGENCY along with this contract. The right to make changes to the program in mandatory cases (weather conditions, road conditions, flight changes, guest health, etc.) is reserved.
7. Dispute Resolution. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes arising from this contract.
8. Approval. This contract enters into force upon electronic approval by the CONSUMER, with the date and IP address recorded.
