In cases where panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be visited or entered due to local authorities' restrictions on the specific day and time, due to closed roads caused by any event, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible, OUTGOİNG TOUR shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not permitted due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; OUTGOİNG TOUR cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local OUTGOİNG TOUR we use, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not reached, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
