Cancellations made 21 days or less before the tour departure date will result in a 100% deduction from the total tour price, and no refund will be issued.
In case insufficient participation is achieved, Holitera Turizm reserves the right to cancel the tour by notifying guests at least 20 days prior to the departure date. In this event, the full amount paid by the guest will be refunded without deduction.
This tour is an international multi-border crossing tour covering multiple Balkan countries. Waiting times at land border crossings may increase depending on customs and passport controls of the relevant countries.
Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for congestion, delays, or procedures implemented by official authorities at border gates.
If a passenger is denied entry into a country by border police, the tour will be considered terminated for that passenger, and Holitera Turizm shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from this situation.
All passengers participating in the tour must hold passports valid for at least 6 months from the tour return date.
Holitera Turizm is not responsible for customs or border issues arising due to passports with insufficient validity periods.
Passports of guests holding Turkish Green Passports must not be older than 10 years from the date of issue.
Travel should not be undertaken with torn, wet, damaged, or worn-out passports; if border police deny entry for this reason, full responsibility lies with the passenger.
In cases requiring visas, Holitera Turizm acts solely as an intermediary between the guest and the consulate.
Holitera Turizm is not responsible if a visa is not granted, rejected, or not finalized in time by the consulate, and standard cancellation–refund conditions apply.
Check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Guests who are not present at the airport at the specified time, fail to complete check-in procedures, or miss their flight will bear the cost of new flight tickets and transfer expenses required to join the tour later.
No refunds will be issued to guests who leave the group early after the tour has started or fail to participate (No-Show) by being absent at the departure time.
Guests may transfer their reservation to another person by notifying us at least 7 days before the tour departure date.
Any additional costs arising from name changes on flight tickets or similar during the transfer process shall be borne by the transferee.
In cases of force majeure such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, weather conditions, or decisions taken by official authorities, cancellation and refund conditions will be determined according to the rules of airlines and service providers; Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary in this process.
Refunds will be processed after deducting bank transfer/EFT fees or credit card commission charges.
If payment was made in foreign currency, the refund will be issued in the currency used for payment, and exchange rate differences will not be considered.
All guests registering for the tour are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms specified above in advance.
This tour is a multi-country Balkan tour covering Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
For our guests holding Turkish ordinary (blue), special (green), service (grey), and diplomatic (black) passports, the countries included in the program are visa-free.
The duration of visa-free travel and entry conditions are determined by the official authorities of the respective countries, and variations may occur in country-specific applications.
Visa-free travel is subject to the final entry approval of the border police for each country.
Holitera Turizm bears no responsibility if entry into a country is denied during passport control at border gates.
If entry permission is not granted in any country, the tour will be considered terminated for the relevant guest, and any financial losses arising from this situation shall be borne by the passenger.
Standard cancellation and refund conditions apply in such cases.
All passengers participating in the tour must hold passports with a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour return date.
Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any issues arising from travel with passports lacking sufficient blank pages, having insufficient validity, or being physically worn out.
Passports of guests holding Turkish Green Passports must not be older than 10 years from the date of issue.
Travel should not be undertaken with torn, ripped, wet, damaged, or unreadable passports; if border police deny entry for this reason, full responsibility lies with the passenger.
It is the responsibility of guests whose passports contain previous records of rejection, deportation, entry bans, or other issues that could cause problems upon entry to investigate this matter prior to the tour.
Holitera Turizm acts solely as an organizer between the guest and the relevant country's consulates or border authorities and provides no guarantee regarding entry permission.
In some Balkan countries, border controls may be more detailed for travelers traveling alone, those who have frequently entered and exited the same country previously, or those unable to present a return ticket.
If police or customs officers at border crossings request additional documents, accommodation details, or return tickets, it is the passenger's responsibility to provide them.
Waiting times at land border crossings may increase due to application differences between countries and congestion.
Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for delays, waiting times, or disruptions caused by procedures implemented by official authorities at border gates.
All rules regarding visas and passports may be changed by the official authorities of the relevant countries until the tour date; Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any problems arising from such changes.
All guests registering for the tour are deemed to have acknowledged that they are aware of the visa and passport conditions, accept these terms, and are conscious of any potential risks.
