- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations listed below must be communicated to the guests. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers who will submit their own visa applications, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability in high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or inability to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.
- Tours or visits not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings without any omissions when leaving temporarily or completely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
