Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.

Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft will land. - Whether or not obtained from Holitera Turizm, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Holitera Turizm' sphere of control, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals concerned. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading to the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
