- As of May 1, 2025, Thailand will transition to the Digital Arrival Card application. For groups arriving in Thailand on or after May 1, filling out this form online prior to arrival will be mandatory. Guests can fill out this form as early as 3 days before their travel date. Immediately after completing the form, the Digital Arrival Card can be downloaded via email or through the link provided in the system. Guests must carry a printed copy of this document with them.Some groups depart one day before their arrival date in Thailand, but the Arrival Date must always be selected as the actual date of arrival in Thailand.All passengers entering Thailand are required to complete the electronic entry card.During the application, basic information such as first and last name, purpose of travel, occupation, city of residence, accommodation in Thailand (hotel, guesthouse, friend's house, etc.), and phone number will be entered.TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) Link : https://tdac.immigration.go.th
- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the tour program, having Euros is sufficient. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, seat rotation (seat changes) is applied daily in the seating plan, so fixed seats and front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons , Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne) , Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne) , Perfume: 600 ml , Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items , Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg ,Coffee: 1 kg ,Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all sites listed in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the participant's cancellation request, such as hospital reports or workplace permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coachbeds, tour participants booking as the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities and conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary. They do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the inability to conduct these panoramic tours if they coincide with other scheduled tours in the program, or if access is prohibited by local authorities, or if roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicle access is restricted.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Holitera Turizm partner we work with, subject to a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in flight-included tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the time indicated by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed these procedures on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service charges.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The vehicle types listed below are determined according to the number of participants in each tour.
Buses: (Used for groups of 25 - 46 people) Midibuses: (Used for groups of 17 - 24 people) Minibuses: (Used for groups of up to 16 people)
