- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Holitera Turizm will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the relevant day and at the relevant time, roads on the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

- The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as stated. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language proficiency.

Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are travelling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas, such as hotel confirmation and flight tickets, takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Holitera Turizm Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.

- Whether or not obtained from Holitera Turizm, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to pass through a border gate. Since this is outside Holitera Turizm' control, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Holitera Turizm is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is open for international calls/calls received abroad.
- When briefly or permanently leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
