Documents such as hospital reports or workplace permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities submitted along with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodations and services booked outside Turkey.

Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing visitation or entry, closed roads due to any event, or adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicle access is restricted or roads are closed.
- Waiting times at border crossings reached by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.

If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest either at airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for flights not being completed by guests who fail to arrive at the designated airport at the times announced by Holitera Turizm, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the plane.
