IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. If fewer than 10 participants join, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.
- If the tour program provides category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers to/from the area. If extra tours are booked, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days prior to the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include entry fees to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closures of sightseeing locations by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event along the route, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible, depending on road closures or restrictions on vehicle access.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not liable for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is required that the mentioned passports be renewed and, if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, that the relevant visa be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Any issue arising from failure to meet this requirement is the guest's responsibility.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. Consulates reserve the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility for the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator performs only its role as an intermediary agency. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must verify the accuracy of the information printed on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect entries on the visa or situations that could prevent boarding.
- The documents required for passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically take 1 working day to obtain. Guests should consider this timeframe when scheduling appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any potential delays.
- If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/is unable to participate in the relevant tour, neither the visa fee nor the service charge will be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar charges paid to consulates, provided the guest presents their passport proving they did not use the visa within one week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city of arrival. Aircraft type and timing may change, and hotels may be substituted with similar alternatives due to availability, high season, or special periods. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are allocated based on hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, where the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; however, if hotels have suitable rooms, block reservations are made by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.
- Breakfasts provided at hotels are continental breakfasts, not Turkish-style breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number appearing in the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether guests obtain it from the Operator or not, they must possess foreign travel and health insurance covering the period starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who fail to carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of fines incurred due to lack of travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain visas for other countries or being denied entry at border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties acknowledge that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To ensure economy and time benefits for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. After the excursion concludes, our bus will pick up these guests, and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for city introductions. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.
- Tours or excursions for which permission is not granted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or excursions.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Passengers must monitor this information. If the flight is missed due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must personally purchase and secure a new ticket (and if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). Additionally, missing the group's departure may result in partially or fully missing the first day's program; in such cases, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the destination city/country on a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, the fare difference specified by the airline must be paid before upgrading from the group class to the economy class that allows upgrades. In such cases, the resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, guests must check with their GSM operator whether their line is enabled for international calls/making/receiving calls before departing from Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
