Holitera Turizm is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any impediment belongs to the guests.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Holitera Turizm has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Holitera Turizm only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Holitera Turizm has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Holitera Turizm applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
- Obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Holitera Turizm Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, after proving with their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND A HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether or not our guests obtain it from Holitera Turizm, they must have an international travel and health insurance policy beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for such a fine belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside Holitera Turizm’ control, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Holitera Turizm is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program due to missing the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, if availability exists, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
