- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below to the guests. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; Holitera Turizm has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Holitera Turizm only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Holitera Turizm has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Holitera Turizm applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Holitera Turizm Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiration date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether or not our guests obtain it from Holitera Turizm, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or more than one country or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Holitera Turizm’ control, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in excursions conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Holitera Turizm is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). They may also partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before carrying out the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When leaving the means of transport you use during your journey or the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or permanently, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings.
