- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated exclusively for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are maximum 2-3 hour tours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted via vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the non-occurrence of these panoramic tours if, on the scheduled day and time, local authorities prohibit visiting or entering other tours listed in the program, or if roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where vehicle access is restricted, depending on available facilities.
- Waiting times at border crossings during overland travel may exceed standard durations. Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any adverse situations arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Holitera Turizm partners with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions cannot take place. Additionally, extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who wish not to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in flight-included tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest prior to the flight either at the airline counters at the airport or online via the airline company’s website.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight because they did not arrive at the designated airport at the times announced by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
