IMPORTANT NOTES
● To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
● Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.
● When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
● In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany guests during extra tours.
● Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such a case, Holitera Turizm will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees.
● Holitera Turizm is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
● In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
● The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
● We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
● As our package tours are intended for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below to the guests. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
● Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible in any way.
● To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
● Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the guests' responsibility.
● Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Holitera Turizm has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Holitera Turizm only undertakes the role of intermediary. Holitera Turizm has no liability or sanction in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
● When Holitera Turizm applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding the flight.
● Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents needed by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for possible disruptions.
● If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Holitera Turizm Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa independently and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
● Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
● Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
● Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
● The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
● Whether or not obtained from Holitera Turizm, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry the travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside Holitera Turizm' control, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm bears no responsibility in such a case.
● Guests who do not wish to participate in tours organized along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days without changing their content or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Holitera Turizm is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
● Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
● The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip travel is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
● Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility.
● Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid before upgrading the requested ticket, and the ticket may need to be moved from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
● To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is enabled for making/receiving international calls.
● When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
● Holitera Turizm may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
● Holitera Turizm reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
● Holitera Turizm is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
● The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
