Day 1 Istanbul – Bucharest
On the first day of our tour, we depart at 19:30 from Kadıköy Marriage Office, at 20:30 in front of Mecidiyeköy İstikbal, and at 21:30 in front of İncirli Ömür Plaza. We reach Kapıkule border crossing via Edirne. After completing passport and customs procedures, we cross Bulgaria and arrive in Bucharest in the morning hours.
Day 2 Bucharest
After our arrival in the morning, we head to the city center of BUCHAREST, known as the Little Paris. BUCHAREST is a very beautiful city with a population of approximately 2.5 million, located on the Dâmbovița branch of the Danube River. Alongside its historical monuments, its modern face with wide boulevards, streets, and squares is also impressive. Some of the places we will see during our panoramic city tour include Republic Square, Bucharest's most beautiful and lively center; the Romanian Athenaeum (Great Library) with its columned facade; the Arcul de Triumf (Triumphal Arch); the University Building of Bucharest; the National Theatre; the Palace of the Parliament built by Ceaușescu; the Royal Palace; Cretulescu Church; and St. Stavropoleos Church. After the tour and free time, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Guests who wish can join an extra organized tour to the Village Museum, showcasing the values of Romanian villages (25 EUR). We participate in the New Year celebrations held in the city square. (Return transfers are at the guests' own expense.)
Breakfast: Will be taken additionally at a rest facility along the Bucharest route.
Lunch: Will be taken additionally during free time in Bucharest.
Dinner: Local dishes and music accompanied by a Romanian Night at a place determined by the guide.

Day 3 Bucharest (Bucharest - Sinaia - Bran - Brasov – Bucharest)
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join an extra organized Transylvania-Dracula Castle (Sinaia-Bran-Braşov) tour (85 EUR). On our tour, we set off towards Transylvania, an important region of Romania. We go to see well-preserved medieval towns. In Sinaia, we visit Peleș Castle, one of Europe's most beautiful castles. Then, we visit Dracula Castle in Bran Town and proceed to Brașov. We walk through the old streets of the city, which still retains its medieval appearance, and view Piata Sfatului, Brașov History Museum, Black Church, and the city walls panoramically. At the end of the tour, we return to Bucharest. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Bucharest-Veliko Tarnovo – Istanbul
After having breakfast at our hotel and checking out, we depart from in front of the hotel with our vehicles heading to Istanbul. Guests who wish can join an extra organized city tour of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria's former capital known for its historical fabric, built on four hills in the Yantra river valley (20 EUR). We pass through the Kapıkule border crossing and head to Istanbul.
Breakfast: Buffet style at the hotel, included in the tour fee.
Lunch: Will be taken during free time in Veliko Tarnovo.
Dinner: At a facility on the Edirne – Istanbul highway.
Route: Bucharest – Istanbul 640 km

Need to Know
- All participating guests must possess a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa or at least a double-entry Romania visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items; Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all locations specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the participant's cancellation request, such as hospital reports or work permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodations and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days prior to the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, closure due to any event, closed roads, or impossible weather conditions, Holitera Turizm shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed access due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner Holitera Turizm subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for flights not being realized by guests who fail to appear at the designated airport at the times announced by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs incurred in the destination region, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. For each tour, the appropriate vehicle type is determined according to the number of participants:
