  • Tours organized by Holitera Turizm are arranged based on the minimum number of participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the tour may be canceled and notification will be provided at least 12 hours in advance. The fee will be refunded in full or transferred to the next tour.
  • No refunds are given to guests who miss the tour start time, arrive late, or lack required documents.
  • Holitera Turizm reserves the right to make changes to the program depending on weather and road conditions for guest safety. If necessary, some points in the program may be canceled or an alternative route may be applied.
  • Guests who make a prepayment but do not participate in the tour are obligated to pay the remaining amount to Holitera Turizm. The reservation is considered as having secured a spot upon booking.
  • Remaining payments during the tour are accepted only in cash on the vehicle. Credit cards, EFT, or digital payment methods are not accepted.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations initiated by the guest.
  • Tours are conducted with 16+1 or 19+1 seat tourism vehicles suitable for the region under the guarantee of Holitera Turizm. Seat reservations are not guaranteed.
  • Holitera Turizm drivers reserve the right to make changes to the program depending on weather and road conditions.
  • Since plateau tours take place at high altitudes, comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the season should be preferred.
  • During free time, guests are responsible for their own safety; caution should be exercised during high-altitude hikes.
  • Personal expenses, lunch meals, and optional activities (zipline, ATV, etc.) are not included in the tour fee.
  • It is recommended that you carry sufficient cash; card payments may not be accepted in plateau regions.
  • In cases of heavy fog, rain, or other weather-related conditions, some plateau points may be canceled or changed.

Tour Program – A Unique Black Sea Experience with Holitera

Departure from Rize
Our tour starts at 09:00 AM from Rize City Center (PTT Square). With Holitera’s comfortable vehicles, we pick up our guests along the coastal route and head towards one of the Black Sea’s most scenic valleys, Fırtına Valley.

Fırtına Valley & Zipline Experience
Discover the historical Ottoman stone arch bridges with guidance, and for those who wish, enjoy an adrenaline-filled zipline adventure over the valley.

Şenyuva (Çinçiva) Village & Boxwood Forests
We visit the famous Şenyuva Village, known for its wooden mansions, stone architecture, and TV series filming spots. After a short free time, we continue to the rare protected natural area, Boxwood Forests (Şimşir Ormanları).

Elevit Plateau – 1,800 Meters of Natural Beauty
Following the Çat Valley, we arrive at Elevit Plateau. Enjoy nature walks, breathtaking photography spots, and feel the refreshing waters of the Kaçkar Mountains. You can relax on the wooden bridge while admiring the magnificent scenery.

Palovit Waterfall & Zil Kale
Our next stops are the Palovit Waterfall, one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the Black Sea, and the historic Zil Kale, strategically built on a high cliff, offering a glimpse of the region’s past.

Ayder Plateau – Gelintülü Waterfall
The last stop of our tour is Ayder Plateau. Capture stunning photos at Gelintülü Waterfall and enjoy free time until 17:00. Afterwards, we head back to Rize.
