The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such communication. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
  • Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any liability.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of failure to comply, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
  • The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. • For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability in high season or special periods, hotels may show variations, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator accepts no responsibility in such cases.
  • To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
  • Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
  • Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to the group missing the departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country via a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
