Day 1  Istanbul – Belgrade
On the first day of our trip, we start our tour at 19:00 at Kadıköy Marriage Office, 19:30 in front of Mecediyeköy Auto Expert, 20:00 in front of Incirli Omur Plaza, and at 20:30 in front of Beylikdüzü Marmara Park . After a break for needs and shopping in Edirne, we complete our passport and customs procedures at the Kapıkule border gate and cross to the Bulgarian side. We proceed to Belgrade via the route Svilengrad-Plovdiv-Sofia.
Day 2 Belgrade - Subotica
In the afternoon, we arrive in Belgrade and start our panoramic city tour. We begin our tour on Knez Mihailova street, the most elegant street in the city, which is a symbol of liveliness and movement, one of the oldest cities in Europe. Afterwards, we go to the Belgrade fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded but whose conquest was granted to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman; we will see the Key Monument, French statue, İstanbul Gate, Military Museum, Damat Ali Pasha's tomb, Sokullu Fountain, and the terrace offering the most beautiful view of the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, concluding our tour. We then proceed to free time. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel for accommodation. Overnight in Novi Sad, Subotica or nearby hotel.

Day 3 Subotica – Szeged – Parndorf Designer Outlet – Vienna
After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Szeged, which is the third largest city in Hungary and located on the southern border of the country. Szeged, also known as the “City of Sunshine,” is situated on the banks of the Tisza River.While the Tisza brings life to the city, it has also caused destructive floods like the disaster of 1879. Szeged, which was likely visited by Attila the Hun, served as an administrative district during the Ottoman period and was the seat of Budin and later Egri provinces. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Votive Church and the City Square before having free time. After touring, we head to the Parndorf Outlet, where world-renowned brands are sold. After the outlet tour, we transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the evening Vienna Concert activity organized by the guide (65EUR). In the capital of classical music, Vienna, we will have the opportunity to attend performances of famous classical music concerts. Overnight in our hotel in Vienna.

Day 4 Vienna – Hallstatt – Wels
After breakfast at our hotel, we leave for Vienna city tour. We begin our Vienna city tour, which includes the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Hofburg Palace, and Museums Quarter. Following our tour, we have free time for exploration, and afterwards we proceed to Hallstatt, which is known as Europe’s most beautiful village and is famous for being a copy of China. In Hallstatt, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, after a short walk and introduction by the lake, during the free time, you can sit on benches by the lakeside to watch the swans and the relaxing view, or wander among the beautiful houses in the alleyways, and shop at the stores in the central Market Square that sell local products. After our visit to Hallstatt, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Wels, Linz or nearby hotel.

Day 5 Wels – Cesky Krumlov – Prague
After breakfast at our hotel, we head for Cesky Krumlov, which is a medieval town and a precious jewel of the Czech Republic, also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cesky Krumlov, which was devastated during the darkest times of communism, has resurrected since the 1990s and reflects its beauty to all visitors. You will be enchanted by Cesky Krumlov. After a brief break, we head to Prague.Upon arriving in Prague, our panoramic city tour will include the Hradcany Castle Area, Loretta Church, Presidential Palace, and the neo-Gothic Renaissance and Baroque features of St. Vitus Cathedral, Kafka’s house, and Charles Bridge with 31 Saints sculptures built in the 13th century by Chief Architect Peter Parler, and the historic Astronomical clock tower with 12 Apostles from the 15th century, and TYN Church. After our city tour, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join the Czech Night activity organized by our guide in the evening (65EUR). You will spend an entertaining night with local music, dances, and the delicious flavors of Czech cuisine in Prague’s local restaurants. Overnight in our hotel in Prague.

Day 6 Prague – Bratislava - Esztergom – Visegrad – Szentendre – Budapest
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava. During our city tour in Bratislava, one of the richest capitals in Central Europe, we will visit the Danube waterfront, Jewish Holocaust Monument, St. Martin Cathedral, the palace buildings where Mozart gave his first concert at the age of 6 and F. Liszt at age 9, Michael's Tower, the Old Town square, and Napoleon's Army and Slovak National Theater Building. After our Bratislava tour, we first visit the Esztergom Cathedral and the remnants of the castle left by the Ottomans. We then visit the impressive Visegrad, a medieval castle and also a hunting lodge. This castle will be seen panoramically. Afterwards, we go to a small town called Szentendre, where you can find various handmade covers, crystal, porcelain items, souvenirs, etc. After enjoying free time, we proceed to Budapest. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our hotel in Budapest.

Day 7 Budapest - Belgrade
After breakfast at our hotel, we start our Budapest city tour. During our panoramic city tour in Budapest, we will see the Elizabeth Bridge, Gellert Hill, Fisherman's Bastion, St. Matthias Cathedral, Chain Bridge, Parliament Building, and Heroes' Square. Guests who wish can participate in the boat activity on the Danube River organized by our guide (35EUR). After completing the tour, we have free time before transferring to our hotel. Overnight in our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 8 Belgrade – Sofia – Istanbul
After breakfast, check out of rooms and departure: Arriving in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. After arrival, a panoramic city tour of Sofia will be conducted. In our tour, we will see St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Aya Sofya Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Prime Ministry, Parliament, Sofia University, and Banya Bashi Mosque. After the bus journey, we head to Istanbul for arrival. Our tour is concluded. We hope to see you in another tour organization..(Depending on customs crossing, arrival may be late the next day.)

Need to Know
- All participating guests must possess a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa throughout the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
- To enable shopping and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a seat rotation system on a daily basis; therefore, no guarantee is given for fixed seats or front seats. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to be able to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow due to weather and road conditions, provided that all locations specified in the program are shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the participant's cancellation request, such as hospital reports or work permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodation and services outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms (for the 3rd person and/or children) are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanied by 2 adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the local breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, this may be served in a separate hall allocated specifically for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general city introduction and conducted via vehicle with guide commentary. These tours do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if they cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, closure due to any event, or impossibility of the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where possible, depending on road closures or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits. Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Optional excursions are organized by our local partner, Holitera Turizm, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional excursions may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Optional excursions are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who wish not to participate in optional excursions organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up again from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for flights are personal tasks required of each individual. Guests must complete these procedures either at airline counters in airports before the flight or online via the airlines' websites.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for failure to board the flight for guests who do not arrive at the designated airport at the time specified by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but fail to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from airport taxes and service fees.
