Day 1 Bursa – Belgrade
On the first day of our journey, we will start our tour from 16:00 in front of Nilüfer Migros in Bursa. After a break for necessities and shopping in Edirne, we will complete our passport and customs procedures at our Kapıkule border gate and then cross into Bulgaria. Following the route Svilengrad-Plovdiv-Sofia, we head to Belgrade.
Day 2 Belgrade - Subotica
After arriving in Belgrade around noon, we start our panoramic city tour. We begin our tour with the Knez Mihailova Avenue, the most elegant street in Belgrade, a city that is one of the oldest in Europe, symbolizing liveliness and motion. Afterward, we proceed to the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was injured but which was captured by Suleiman the Magnificent. We will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Sokullu fountain, and the terrace area where we will enjoy the most beautiful view of the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers. Following our tour, we will have free time. Afterward, we transfer to our hotel for accommodation. Overnight stay will be in Novisad, Subotica, or surrounding hotels.

Day 3 Subotica – Szeged – Parndorf Designer Outlet – Vienna
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Szeged, the third largest city in Hungary, which is located on the southern border of the country. Szeged is also known as the "City of Sunshine" and is located on the banks of the Tisza River.While Tisza has brought life to the city, it has also been the source of destructive floods like the disaster of 1879. Szeged, where the Huns' Emperor Attila is believed to have stepped, served as the district center of Segedin first to Budin and then to Eğri in the Ottoman Period. We will have free time after our panoramic tour of Szeged, where we will see the Votive Church and the City Square. After the tour, we will move to the Parndorf Outlet, where world-famous brands are sold. After the outlet tour, we transfer to our hotel. Those who wish can participate in the optional Vienna Concert activity organized by the guide (65 EUR). In Vienna, the capital of classical music, we will have the opportunity to watch famous classical music concerts. Overnight stay will be at our hotel in Vienna.

Day 4 Vienna – Hallstatt – Wels
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the city tour of Vienna. We begin our city tour in Vienna. The tour includes the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Hofburg Palace, and Museum District. After the tour, there will be free time with the guide's explanations. After the free time, we proceed to Hallstatt, known as Europe's most beautiful village and famous for being a copy of a town in China. In Hallstatt, which is listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage, after a short walk by the lake, free time will be given where you can sit on the banks by the lake and watch the swans and the peaceful landscape or stroll between beautiful houses in the alleys, and shop in stores selling local products in the Market Square. After our visit to Hallstatt, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay will be in Wels, Linz, or surrounding hotels.

Day 5 Wels – Cesky Krumlov – Prague
After breakfast at our hotel, we move to Cesky Krumlov, a Medieval Town. It is a precious jewel of the Czech Republic and is also on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Cesky Krumlov, which fell into disrepair during the darkest periods of communism, has been reborn since the 1990s and reflects its beauties to all visitors. You will be charmed by Cesky Krumlov. After a short break, we continue to Prague. Upon arriving in Prague, our panoramic city tour will include the Hradčany Castle District, the Loretta Church, the Presidential Palace, the ST. Vitus Cathedral that took 600 years to build, Franz Kafka's house, the Charles Bridge featuring 31 saint statues built in the 13th century by the chief architect Peter Parler, the Old Town Square, and the historical Astronomical Clock Tower built in the 15th century featuring 12 apostles and the TYN Church. After the city tour, there will be free time. Those who wish can participate in the optional Czech Night activity organized by the guide (65 EUR). You will enjoy a fun night with delicious tastes of Czech cuisine, accompanied by local music and dances at the local restaurants in Prague. Overnight stay will be at our hotel in Prague.

Day 6 Prague – Bratislava - Esztergom – Visegrád – Szentendre – Budapest
After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.In our city tour of Bratislava, one of the richest capitals in Central Europe, we will visit the banks of the Danube, the Jewish Holocaust Memorial, St. Martin's Cathedral, the palace buildings where Mozart performed at age 6 and F. Liszt at age 9, Michael's Tower, the Old Town Square, Napoleon's Military and the Slovak State Theater Building. After our tour of Bratislava, we will first visit the Esztergom Cathedral, where we will learn about the Ottoman remains of the castle. After that, we’ll visit the majestic Visegrád, which is both a medieval castle and a hunting lodge, with a panoramic view of the region. After this visit, we will go to a small town called Szentendre. In this town, you can find handmade covers, crystal, porcelain products, souvenirs, liqueurs, etc., and after some free time, we will head to Budapest. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Budapest.

Day 7 Budapest - Belgrade
After having breakfast at our hotel, we start our city tour in Budapest. During our panoramic city tour in Budapest, we will see the Erzsébet Bridge, Gellért Hill, Fishermen's Bastion, St. Matthias Cathedral, the Chain Bridge, the Parliament Building, and Heroes' Square. Those who wish can participate in the optional Danube River boat activity organized by the guide (35 EUR). After the tour, there will be free time and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 8 Belgrade – Sofia – Bursa
After breakfast, we vacate the rooms and depart: Arrival in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. After arrival, a panoramic city tour of Sofia will be conducted. In our tour, we will visit St. Nedelya Church, the Rotunda Church, the Russian Church, the St. Sofia Church, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry, the Parliament, Sofia University, and the Banya Başı Mosque. After the bus journey, we head to Bursa, and the tour ends. We hope to meet in another tour organization..(Depending on customs crossing, arrival may be delayed until late hours on the next day.)

Need to Know
- All participating guests must hold a valid Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing item for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation system (seat changing) on a daily basis regarding seat planning; therefore, fixed seats and front-seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to be eligible to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all locations specified in the program are visited, subject to weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if less than 20 days remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the participant's cancellation request, such as hospital reports or work leave certificates obtained from Turkish authorities, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour programs are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by Holitera Turizm 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or known as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for a 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. These may be served in a separate hall assigned exclusively for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary for general city introduction. They do not include entry fees for museums or historical sites. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the inability to conduct these panoramic tours if they cannot be carried out due to reasons such as being closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time (even if other tours in the program are accessible), due to any event causing road closures, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed access due to road closures.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits. Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner Holitera Turizm with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not reached, the excursions may not take place. Additionally, extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who wish not to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- For individuals joining flight-included tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal matters and must be completed by the guest either at the airport counters of the relevant airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for failures to board flights resulting from guests not arriving at the designated airport at the notified time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing these procedures on time but failing to board the aircraft. All costs for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by them.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or service charges.
