Day 1 Ankara – Belgrade
On the first day of our trip, we will start our tour with a departure at 12:00 from the Milli Kütüphane (National Library) front, at 12:30 from Ümitköy Bridge, and at 13:00 from Eryaman Optimum. After a break for needs and shopping in Edirne, we will complete our passport and customs procedures at our Kapıkule border gate and then cross into Bulgaria. We will follow the route Svilengrad-Plovdiv-Sofia to Belgrade.
Day 2 Belgrade - Subotica
After arriving in Belgrade around noon, we will start our panoramic city tour. We will start our Belgrade city tour at the most elegant street, Knez Mihailova. Then we will move on to the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded but the conquest was left to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman, one of the supply centers of the Ottoman Navy, and we will conclude our tour with views from the terrace area where we can see the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, including Key Monument, French statue, Istanbul Gate, Military museum, Damat Ali Pasha's tomb, Sokullu fountain, and the city's most beautiful view. After our tour, we will have free time. Later, we transfer to our hotel for accommodation. Overnight in an hotel in Novi Sad, Subotica or the surrounding area.

Day 3 Subotica – Szeged – Parndorf Designer Outlet – Vienna
After having breakfast at our hotel, we are moving to Szeged, Hungary's third-largest city located at the southern border of the country. Szeged is also known as the "City of Sunshine." While the Tisza River gives life to the city, it has also caused destructive floods like the disaster of 1879. Szeged, which probably saw the steps of Hunnic Emperor Attila, served as the center of the sancak of Budin and Eğri during the Ottoman Empire. We will take a panoramic tour where we will see Votive Church and the Town Square before giving free time for shopping. After our tour, we move to Parndorf Outlet, where world-famous brands are sold. After our outlet tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Our guests may join the evening concert activity by the guide if they wish (65EUR). In the capital of classical music, Vienna, we will be able to watch one of the famous classical music concerts. Overnight at our hotel in Vienna.

Day 4 Vienna – Hallstatt – Wels
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will leave for the city tour of Vienna. We will start our Vienna city tour with the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Hofburg Palace and Museums quarter. After our tour, free time with descriptions from your guide. After free time, we will move to Hallstatt, known as the most beautiful village in Europe and famous for its replica in China. In Hallstatt, which is recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage, after a brief introduction and enjoyable walk by the lake, you can sit on the benches by the lake to watch the swans and the serene view, stroll between the beautiful houses in its alleys, and shop in stores selling local products in the Market Square. After our visit to Hallstatt, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Wels, Linz or nearby hotels.

Day 5 Wels – Cesky Krumlov – Prague
After having breakfast at our hotel We are moving to Cesky Krumlov, a medieval town. This town is a valuable jewel of the Czech Republic and is also on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Cesky Krumlov was devastated during the darkest days of communism, but since the 1990s, it has been reborn and reflects its beauties to all visitors. You will be mesmerized by Cesky Krumlov. After a short break, we move to Prague. After our arrival in Prague, we will have a panoramic city tour, where we will see panoramic views of the Hradcany Castle Area, Loretta Church, Presidential Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral, built over 600 years in neo-gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles, Franz Kafka's house, Charles Bridge with 31 saint sculptures built in the 13th century by Chief Architect Peter Parler, Old Town Square, and the historic Astronomical clock tower, built in the 15th century, with 12 Apostles and TYN Church among the places to see. After our city tour, we will have free time. Our guests may join the Traditional Czech Evening event organized by the guide for an additional fee (65EUR). During the event, you will experience an entertaining evening with music, dances, and delicious flavors of Czech cuisine in local restaurants in Prague. Overnight at our hotel in Prague.

Day 6 Prague – Bratislava - Esztergom – Visegrad – Szentendre – Budapest
After having breakfast at our hotel We are moving to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. During our city tour in Bratislava, we will see the riverside, the Jewish Holocaust Memorial, St. Martin Cathedral, the palaces where Mozart and F. Liszt gave their first concerts at ages 6 and 9 respectively, Michael's Gate, the old town square, the Military and Slovak State Theater Building of Napoleon.After our tour of Bratislava, we will visit the Esztergom Cathedral and the remains of the castle left from the Ottoman era, then we will visit the majestic Visegrad, a medieval castle and a hunting lodge. During this tour, we will only see Visegrad Castle panoramically. Afterward, we head to a small town called Szentendre. You can find many things such as handmade fabrics, crystal, porcelain products, souvenirs, and drinks in this town. After our free time there, we will move to Budapest. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Budapest.

Day 7 Budapest - Belgrade
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will begin our city tour in Budapest. During the panoramic city tour in Budapest, we will visit Erzsébet Bridge, Gellert Hill, Fisherman's Bastion, St. Matthias Cathedral, Chain Bridge, Parliament Building, Heroes' Square. Our guests may participate in the boat activity on the Danube organized by the guide (35EUR). After the tour, we will have free time and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 8 Belgrade – Sofia – Ankara
After breakfast, check out the rooms, and departure to Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Following our arrival, we will have the panoramic city tour in Sofia. We will see St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Hagia Sophia Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Prime Ministry, Parliament, Sofia University, and Banya Bashi Mosque . After our bus journey, we will head back to Ankara. Our tour ends here. We hope to see you in another tour organization..(Depending on customs crossings, the arrival may be late the next day.)

Need to Know
- All participating guests must possess a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evenings.
- On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating plan; therefore, no guarantee is given for fixed seats or front seats. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to be eligible to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items; Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all specified locations are visited, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports or work permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities submitted along with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodation and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour programs are organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed plus 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or coach-type beds, tour participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the specified age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the inability to conduct these panoramic tours (or other tours specified in the program) if they cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, closure due to any event, closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicle access is restricted or prohibited.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Holitera Turizm partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who choose not to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for flights are personal processes required for participants of flight-included tours. Guests must complete these procedures either at airline counters in airports before the flight or online via the airlines' websites.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for flight failures resulting from guests failing to arrive at the designated airport at the notified time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing them on time but failing to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.
