1. Day Ankara - London-
Meeting in front of the AJET Counter at Ankara Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for London on AJET Airlines' limited flights. Upon arrival in London, after passport, baggage and customs procedures, we board our guide and tour vehicle waiting for us, then head towards the center of London. After our arrival, we will conduct our city tour. We are conducting our Panoramic City Tour of London. The visit points in our tour include; Big Ben, Westminster Palace, London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Parliament Building, Neon signs, colorful shops and stores, English pubs, Piccadilly Circus, famous for its Eros Fountain in the center where human movement is seen every hour of the day, lively Nelson's Column and Trafalgar Square, which attracts attention with its four lion statues around it and has witnessed many cultural and political events throughout history, Buckingham Palace, the official address of the British Royal Family since 1837 and also used as the center of state administration, St James Park, famous for its pelicans living in a green area of 50 acres right next to Buckingham Palace, such as historical and tourist places. We end our tour at Tower Bridge (Tower Bridge), one of London's most important symbolic structures located on the Thames River, and the magnificent beauty of the Tower of London, which is accepted among the best architectural and design structures in the world and is a meeting point for visitors coming to London from all over the world, one of the city's most important historical structures. 2. Day London (Hyde Park Winter Wonderland)
After having breakfast at our hotel, we continue with the 2nd day of our London tour. Hyde Park, the largest and busiest royal park in the city, located in the center of London and covering an area of 138 hectares, visited by hundreds of visitors from all over the world, offering visitors a magical atmosphere with its historical buildings, statues, artificial lake and peaceful, quiet, calm nature, is a feast for museum lovers in London. We go on a Full Day Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Tour. Known as Winter Wonderland, the park is a huge theme park set up during Christmas time. We will spend time in the park where Christmas, glitter and excitement are felt the most. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. At the end of our tour, we spend the night at our London hotel.
3. Day London – London Designer Outlet – Ankara
After breakfast, we move to the Outlet. In the Outlet, where you can find the world's most famous brands at a single shopping point, you can find hundreds of options together for yourself, your family and your loved ones. After shopping, rest and snack break, we provide airport transfer at the time determined by our guide. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Ankara on AJET Airlines' limited flights. Arrival in Istanbul. Hope to see you on your next journey ...

Need to Know
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or called coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be visited or entered on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closure due to any event, closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Holitera Turizm we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open/closed and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The vehicle types listed below are determined according to the number of participants in each tour.
