Day 1: Istanbul – Thessaloniki
On the first day of our trip, we will depart at 21:00 from Kadıköy Marriage Bureau, 21:30 from Mecidiyeköy Oto Ekspertiz front, 22:00 from İncirli Ömür Plaza front, and at 22:30 from Beylikdüzü Marmara Park front with arrival in İpsala after Tekirdağ.
Day 2: Thessaloniki – Parga - Igoumenitsa
After customs and passport procedures, we will enter Greece. Arrival in Thessaloniki via Dedeağaç, Gümülcüne, Işkçe. Then, we will have a city tour of Thessaloniki. During our city tour, we will visit the Kordon, White Tower, Rotunda, Fair Square, Ottoman and Byzantine artifacts, Saint Demetrius Cathedral, the largest Cathedral in Greece, and the statue of Alexander the Great. At the end of our tour, we will visit the house of our Great Leader Atatürk. After a short break, we will walk along the famous Kordon of Thessaloniki, known for its cafes, and taste Greece’s famous coffee, Frappe. After the city tour, we will have free time, and then gather at the indicated time by the guide to depart for Parga. Parga is the town where Kanuni Sultan Suleyman’s Grand Vizier, Pargalı Ibrahim Pasha was born. We will take a panoramic tour of the city that has maintained its Ottoman architecture until today with its narrow streets. After free time, we will head to Igoumenitsa Port. After customs procedures, we will board our reserved seats and depart at 23:30. Our night will be spent with a ferry journey.

Day 3: Bari (Brindisi) – Naples – Rome
We will arrive in Bari or Brindisi, the port city of Italy at local time 09:30, and then head to Naples with our bus. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Naples. During the city tour, we will see Plebiscito Square, the Royal Palace constructed in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), San Francesco di Paola Basilica (inspired by San Pietro Square and Pantheon in Rome), the Galleria Umberto I with shops, San Carlo Theatre built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Naples Harbor. After our tour and free time, we will depart for Rome, the capital of Italy, and arrive. We will check into our hotel and have free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Rome
After breakfast, we will conduct the Rome City Introduction Tour. Places to be seen include; Vatican, considered the center of Christianity, St. Peter's Cathedral, and the famous Piazza Venezia designed by the architect Bernini. Later, we will see the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trajan Forum, Circus Maximus race field, Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, Vittoriano Monument, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna). There will be free time in the city. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 5: Rome – Siena - Florence
After breakfast, we will head towards Siena, known as a medieval wonder. Upon arriving in the city famous for its Palio horse races, you will truly feel as if you have time-traveled back to the Middle Ages during our walking tour. Every point in Italy is beautiful, but you will never forget Siena. As we walk through its winding streets, we will reach Campo Square where the Mangia Tower and Palazzo Pubblico await us. Directly behind the square lies Siena Cathedral, which is a must-see in terms of architecture. After our walking tour where we will see this and many other artifacts, you will have free time to buy flags representing Siena's neighborhoods or to enjoy snacks at the cafes around the square. After free time, we will head to Florence. Upon arrival in the city, we will conduct a city tour of Florence. During this tour, we will see the Arno River, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, the Uffizi Gallery, the Baptistery of San Giovanni, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and the Palazzo Vecchio. After the tour, guests can have free time to explore and shop in the city center. We will transfer to our hotel, distribute rooms, and spend the night in the hotel.

Day 6: Florence – Pisa – Serravalle Designer Outlet -  Milan
After breakfast, we will set off with our private bus towards Pisa. We will first head to Pisa, known for its leaning tower, Campo die Miracoli (Duomo Square), and the cylindrical Baptistery. After visiting the Pisa Tower, we will visit Serravalle Designer Outlet, which features world-renowned brands. Afterwards, we will proceed to Milan, the city of industry and fashion. During our Milan city tour, we will walk through the stylish streets to arrive at the famous Duomo Square. In the square, we will see the Duomo Cathedral, which is one of Italy’s most important and architecturally magnificent works. We will wrap up our time in Milan by shopping in Galleria Vittoria Emanuele. After the tour and free time, we will return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Milan – Lake Como – Sirmione Garda – Venice
After breakfast, we will first head to Lake Como, a natural wonder in the Lombardy region. We will arrive at Lake Como, located near the Swiss border. We will have free time by the lakeside, where we can sip coffee and enjoy the view, or explore the area on foot. Afterwards, we will depart for Venice. We will make a stop at Sirmione Garda Lake, famous for its natural beauty, on the route to Venice before continuing on. Upon arriving in Venice, we will walk towards St. Mark's Square to get acquainted with the city. Guests can opt to take special water taxis to reach St. Mark's Square, where we will visit St. Mark's Cathedral, Doge's Palace, the Grand Canal, and the Rialto Bridge with our guide. After the tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Venice – Ljubljana - Belgrade
After breakfast, we will arrive at Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia and the European Green Capital awarded in 2016. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the Ljubljana River, the Parliament Building, Ljubljana University, the Old Square, the Dragon Statue, Dragon Bridge, Tivoli Park, St. Nicholas Cathedral, and Prešeren Square. After the city tour, we will move on to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, crossing over Croatia, and will check into our hotel.

Day 9: Belgrade - Sofia – Istanbul
After breakfast, we will check out of the rooms and depart: We will arrive in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. After arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Sofia. During our tour, we will see St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Church of Saint Sofia, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry, Parliament, Sofia University, and Banya Bashi Mosque. After the bus journey, we will depart for Istanbul and arrive. Our tour ends. We hope to see you on another tour organization (Arrival may be late on the next day depending on customs clearance).

Need to Know
- Guests participating must possess a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa throughout the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from this requirement.)
- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evenings.
- On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily according to the seating plan; therefore, no guarantee is given for fixed seats or front seats. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to be eligible to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with alcohol content above 22%, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with alcohol content below 22%, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items; Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg.
- Guides may make changes to the flow of the program based on weather and road conditions, while ensuring that all locations specified in the program are visited.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty is applied. Hospital reports, work permission letters, or other documents obtained from Turkish authorities submitted with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour programs are organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the departure date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.
- In cases where the tour program specifies only category information without naming specific hotels and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed plus 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have acknowledged potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the local country’s breakfast culture, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, designed to provide a general introduction to cities and conducted via vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), due to closed roads caused by any event, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible, Holitera Turizm shall not be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where possible, depending on road closures or restrictions on vehicle access.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard durations; Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner Holitera Turizm subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and according to weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant’s preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in flight-based tours are personal matters and must be completed by the guest at airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline’s website.
- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for flight failures resulting from guests failing to arrive at the designated airport at the times announced by Holitera Turizm, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing them on time but failing to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers required for passengers who miss their flights to join the tour are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays on scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.
