• Prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours; men must not wear shorts, and women must not wear sleeveless tops, miniskirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed during our Desert Safari tour; sportswear and comfortable clothing, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices given by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for extra tours.
• When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, Holitera Turizm will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Holitera Turizm is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• Since our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

  GENERAL TERMS

• It is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations set out below. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting issue is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Holitera Turizm bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Holitera Turizm acts solely as an intermediary institution. Holitera Turizm has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Holitera Turizm applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
• Obtaining the documents needed by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Holitera Turizm Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Holitera Turizm or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Holitera Turizm' control, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits for the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Holitera Turizm is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not take place. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as stated in the previous item, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
• During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Holitera Turizm may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when it deems necessary.
• Holitera Turizm reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Holitera Turizm is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
