## Tour Program

### Day 1: Istanbul - Abu Dhabi

Be at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 22:25.

### Day 2: Abu Dhabi to Dubai

After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Abu Dhabi at 01:25 with Turkish Airlines flight TK866. Our arrival is scheduled for 06:55 local time.

Following passport procedures, we begin our Abu Dhabi city tour with the vehicle waiting for us in the area. Before the panoramic city tour, we take an optional coffee break for breakfast. After breakfast, our first stop will be Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates. You will witness how this capital, once a small fishing village, has transformed into a modern city today. In this ultra-modern Arab city known for its wide boulevards and skyscrapers, you will see the Al Bateen district and the Corniche Road. After a photo stop at Emirates Palace, you will visit Miras Village, an authentic recreation of the city's past, where you can experience the traditional lifestyles, customs, and mud-brick houses of the Arabs. Next, we will visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, capable of accommodating 41,000 worshippers simultaneously. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers unforgettable photo opportunities. After the mosque visit, we proceed to Dubai. Upon arrival, we first travel along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most grand avenue, where we will view the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then, we continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during another photo stop, you will see the world-famous Burj Al Arab hotel, the only 7-star hotel in the world. Afterwards, our tour continues with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which features approximately 7 km of walkways surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we head towards the hotels. Following check-in procedures and some free time, we spend the night at our hotel.

### Day 3: Dubai

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized 'Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour' and 'Dubai Desert Safari with Dinner Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

Extra Tour: Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Sightseeing Tour – Per Person: 70 Euro

In Dubai Miracle Garden, the world's largest natural flower garden, a world full of flowers awaits you. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are arranged, transformed entirely into colorful flower exhibitions. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself in this place filled with over 150 million blooming flowers, featuring many attractions and various interesting arrangements. Also within the same tour, while wandering through Al Bastakiya's narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets, you will enjoy the historic atmosphere and architectural beauty. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many traditional houses in the area have been restored and offer visitors the chance to experience the traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya also hosts various venues such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.

Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dance performances. Riding camels is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services included in the tour. After the dinner and shows, the tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.

You can be sure to find amazing deals on both designer products and street-side shops at outlet locations like Baldinini and Atasay. Then we head to Global Village, which houses countries from all over the world and transforms the area into a fairground. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, this open-air destination has grown rapidly over the years and is now one of the essential staples of Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you come for amusement parks, dining, cultural night entertainment, or authentic shopping, there is something for everyone at Global Village. Over 90 cultures showcase their local products in 30 glamorous pavilions, across 3,500 shopping outlets, 250 restaurants, 40,000 shows, and more than 175 amusement rides, games, and attractions. After the free time given here, we return to our hotel.

### Day 5: Dubai

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Dinner and Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We first board the Dhow boat in Marina for our dinner. As our boat sails through the marina, we enjoy an open buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping malls, under the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa; this historic area combines luxury and grandeur. We enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Guests who wish may spend their free time after the tour at Dubai Mall for shopping or relaxing at cafes and restaurants.

### Day 6: Dubai to Abu Dhabi

In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. By 12:00, we will check out by vacating our rooms. Guests who wish can additionally join the 'Sky View, The View At The Palm' tour arranged separately. The journey to the airport begins at the time determined by our guide.

On our tour, starting at The View at The Palm observation tower, which has become a symbol of Dubai, located on Palm Jumeirah, the world's largest man-made island. At a height of 240 meters above ground, we experience the privilege of viewing the flawless architecture of the Palm, the deep blue Arabian Gulf, the beaches adorned with luxury yachts, and Dubai's dazzling skyline from a 360-degree panoramic perspective. At this point, every frame becomes a postcard, and every video turns into a memorable moment that will stand out on social media. Afterwards, we move to Downtown Dubai, known as the heart, energy, and showcase of Dubai. Here, we ascend to Sky Views, located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel, part of the Royal Group. While walking on the glass walkway, the city view stretching beneath your feet will speed up your heartbeat; you will experience the feeling of watching Dubai almost from the sky. IMPORTANT NOTES

- Points to be considered during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be kept for the mosque visit.

- Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.

- To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.

- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional crowding or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.

- When accommodation is processed as VB in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.

- In our programs, our guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.

- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund terms of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, Holitera Turizm will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites.

- Holitera Turizm is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; a specific hotel name is not guaranteed.

- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- Since transactions for extra tour purchases are conducted in USD in the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.

- As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations stated below. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or the airline company may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible in any way.

- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.

- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Holitera Turizm has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Holitera Turizm only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Holitera Turizm has no obligation or responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When Holitera Turizm submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding the flight.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Holitera Turizm is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Holitera Turizm Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Holitera Turizm cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.

- Whether or not our guests obtain it from Holitera Turizm, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry into or exit from certain countries may result in a visa being denied for another country or one or more countries, or in the inability to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside the control of Holitera Turizm, the parties acknowledge that Holitera Turizm has no responsibility in such cases.

- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra sightseeing ends. At the end of the sightseeing, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content remains unchanged. In such cases, Holitera Turizm is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible for the inability to operate such excursions or tours.

- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline company's rules apply in such cases.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). They may also partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade before carrying out the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.

- When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your journey, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.

- Holitera Turizm may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be used without altering the content of the program.

- Holitera Turizm reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.

- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Holitera Turizm cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.

- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
