Day 1 Istanbul – Madrid

Meeting with our valued guests 3 hours prior to departure at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Madrid with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. We start with Plaza Mayor, the large square. This square has 437 balconies opening onto 136 buildings and courtyards. In the past, bullfights and people burned by the Inquisition were watched from these balconies. The heart of the city Puerta Del Sol, the large square called Plaza Mayor, Plaza De Orient where the Royal Palace addresses the public, Alcala Gate built as an entrance gate to show how rich the city is, Gran Via with its galleryed roofs that dazzle the eye, Plaza Colon, Cibeles Square and Fountain and Cervantes Monument are among the places to be visited. After our tour, we arrive at our hotel in Madrid and settle in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Madrid

Morning breakfast at the hotel followed by free time. Guests who wish can join the Toledo Tour (70 Euro) organized additionally. Toledo is a real open-air museum and one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List, being the former capital of Spain. The country's most majestic cathedral, hosting works of world-famous painters, has become comparable to the world's few museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has managed to remain unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. Structures carrying traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascino stores and of course its famous cathedral make it a tourist crossroads. Another tradition in Toledo is almond paste production dating back to when the Arabs conquered the city. A visit to Toledo is not considered complete without tasting this mouth-watering confectionery. After our walk within the Jewish quarter, we head back to Madrid and have free time. For interested guests, there is the Las Rozas Outlet Tour (40 €). Guests who want to spend the evening in a fun atmosphere can join the dinner Flamenko Night (85 Euro) organized additionally. Day 3 Madrid – Barcelona

Morning breakfast at the hotel followed by departure for Barcelona with our private bus. On the way, guests who wish can join the Zaragoza Tour (30 Euro) organized additionally by our guide. Among the places to be visited in our tour are Ebro River, Pilar Cathedral which is the central cathedral of the city, La Seo Cathedral, San Pablo Church, Plaza Espana and Pilar Bridge. Barcelona, the second largest city in Spain, capital of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, home to the magnificent works of the famous architect Antoni Gaudi, attracts four times its population in tourists due to its works. In our panoramic city tour, "The Unfinished Church" also known as La Sagrada Familia, Spain and Catalunya Square, Gaudi's Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street and Port Olimpic are among the places to be visited. Day 4 Barcelona

After morning breakfast, guests who wish can join the Girona & Figueras Tour (80 Euro) organized additionally by our guide. Our tour begins with Girona, the richest city in the region, built on the banks of the Onyar River and reminiscent of Florence at first glance. Girona, a charming medieval city worth seeing with its narrow streets and cathedral, is also the city where the cinema filming of the perfume movie took place. In our panoramic tour; we will see the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, houses with mezuzahs, Jewish Quarter, Rambla and famous stores. After free time, we set off towards Figueras City accompanied by the view of the Pyrenees mountains. The town has such an impressive atmosphere that it has been a source of inspiration throughout the life of the boundary-defying painter Salvador Dali, whom the whole world admires. Here we will visit the museum house decorated by the famous surrealist painter "Salvador Dali" himself. In this museum where each work is valued at millions of dollars, we will visit the museum containing his immortal love Gala and his mind-bending works, then transfer to our hotel. Day 5 Barcelona – Istanbul

After morning breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Airport depending on the flight time. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.__

## General Information

- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.

- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.

- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.

- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).

- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg

- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.

- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Holitera Turizm.

- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Holitera Turizm 2 days before the tour departure.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Holitera Turizm 15 days before the tour departure date.

- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, closure due to any event, closed roads, or impossible weather conditions, Holitera Turizm shall not be responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed access due to closed roads.

- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Holitera Turizm cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.

- Extra tours are organized by the local Holitera Turizm partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.

- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.

- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.

- Holitera Turizm is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the time indicated by Holitera Turizm for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer expenses in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.

- Holitera Turizm acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Holitera Turizm is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.

- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The vehicle types listed below are determined according to the number of participants in each tour.
