In line with the information below, it would be beneficial for you to carefully review the conditions and any penalty fees specified in the contract before canceling your tour reservation.

• Right to Cancellation: You have the unconditional right to cancel up to 30 days before the tour departure date. Cancellation can be made with a 50% deduction between 30-21 days, and with a 100% deduction under 21 days.

• Insufficient Participation: If sufficient participation is not provided in the trip, the agency can notify you of the cancellation 20 days before the trip departure date. In this case, cancellation information will be sent to you. In cancellations made by you under 30 days, Holitera's cancellation conditions specified in the contract will apply.

It is mandatory to communicate the tour program specified at the time of reservation, the general conditions and obligations below to the guests. Holitera Tour is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all the articles in advance.

● If the passport of our guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport is older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted to the country they will go to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, Holitera Tur cannot assume any responsibility in any way.

● In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the said passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

● The validity period of the guest passports must be at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.

● Holitera Tur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The Consulate has the right not to issue a visa if it deems necessary. Holitera Tur has no responsibility in the event that the Passenger cannot obtain a visa. Holitera Tur only acts as an intermediary institution. Holitera Tur has no sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
